Anniversary celebrations at W.SCHILLIG

A sign of loyalty and appreciation

In a family business, it is not only products and figures that count—it is above all the people. This was the focus of the recent awards ceremony: the long-standing loyalty, commitment, and personal dedication of the employees.

In his speech of thanks, Managing Director Erik Stammberger expressed his special appreciation and warmly thanked the employees celebrating their anniversaries. He emphasized how important loyalty, solidarity, and mutual trust are in a family business, especially in today's world.  “Long-standing employees are the foundation of our success. Their loyalty and commitment deserve our utmost respect and sincere thanks.”

In addition to works council chair Jessica Kaloper, Elisabeth Löhr from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce also expressed her thanks and appreciation to the employees.

The anniversary was celebrated among colleagues—in person, warmly, and with many shared memories. As a token of appreciation, the management presented a gift and expressed their sincere thanks.

for 25 years of service: Michaela Amhof, Birgit Graf, Kathrin Polzin, Margitta Zimmermann. 
for 10 years of service: Christian Barthus, Claus Deter
